Blue Screen of Death on Vista due to NDIS.Sys

I've been getting a Blue Screen of Death lately. My laptop is running Vista Premium and I forgot the exact message but it seems it has something to do with NDIS.Sys. The Blue screen usually appears after I connect my LAN cable to my laptop. After Googling about it, it seems that NDIS.sys is associated with my Ethernet card (NIC).

Anyways, I've already updated my ethernet drivers by going to control panel->system->device manager. Hopefully, I won't be seeing the blue screen anymore since If I do, I'll probably be taking my Asus F9E back to Asus since it's still covered by the warranty.
